We provide a mobile gaming platform with quizzes, quiz attempts, streaks, rankings, referrals, esports tournaments, custom room coordination, in-app coins, rewards, and related notifications. We are deeply committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your personal information is handled safely, transparently, and securely.

By downloading, installing, registering, or using the BattleUC mobile application, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

To provide and secure the BattleUC gaming and rewards experience, we collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Your display name, username, email address, optional contact mobile number, and avatar image.
• Google Sign-In Credentials: When you register or log in using Google, we receive your basic public profile information (name, verified email address, Google account profile photo) via Google OAuth APIs. We never receive or store your Google account password.
• In-Game Identifiers: Your in-game name (IGN) or gamer tag, strictly required to allocate match room slots, coordinate tournament leaderboards, and prevent cheating.
• Quiz and Gameplay Data: Quiz categories, questions or quizzes viewed, answers submitted, scores, correct and incorrect responses, attempt history, completion status, daily activity, and streak progress.
• Competition and Social Activity: Ranking and leaderboard results, tournament enrollments, match submissions, referrals, referral rewards, and related eligibility or anti-abuse records.
• In-App Coins & Passbook Ledger: Records of your in-app coin wallet, entry fee debits, match victory rewards, quiz coins, referral bonuses, and refunds.
• Notifications and Device Data: Notification preferences, notification delivery records, unique device identifier (UUID), operating system platform, app version, IP address, and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) push tokens used for quiz reminders, reward updates, match alerts, and account security.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your data strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

• To establish, maintain, and authenticate your user account across 30-day authenticated sessions.
• To provide quizzes, record quiz attempts and scores, calculate streaks, and maintain rankings and leaderboards.
• To manage tournament schedules, verify room eligibility, and securely deliver custom Room ID and Password credentials.
• To calculate and distribute in-app coins, quiz rewards, tournament rewards, referral bonuses, and automatic refunds for cancelled tournaments.
• To operate referrals and verify referral eligibility while preventing duplicate or abusive reward claims.
• To detect and block abusive behaviors such as multi-accounting, unauthorized emulators, quiz manipulation, referral exploitation, and suspicious activity.
• To deliver quiz reminders, score and reward updates, tournament alerts, transactional notifications, and customer support assistance.

4. Google Sign-In Authentication

BattleUC supports Google Sign-In as a quick and secure authentication method. When you authenticate using Google:

If you previously deleted your BattleUC account and later choose to sign in with Google again, our platform provisions a fresh, independent account without linking your historical wallet balance or previous matches.

5. Advertisements & Rewarded Video Ads

Our application integrates the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to serve advertisements, including banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads.

• Tournament Credential Protection: To reveal BGMI match Room IDs and Room Passwords, participants may be required to watch a short rewarded video ad. Watching these ads reveals the specific match credential directly to the player. No in-app coins are awarded for viewing room credential ads.
• Third-Party Ad Networks: Google AdMob may collect pseudonymous advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID) subject to your device settings to serve relevant or non-personalized advertisements.

6. Account Deletion & Data Retention

We respect your right to discontinue using BattleUC and delete your account at any time.

How to Delete Your Account: You can initiate account deactivation directly within the mobile application by navigating to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account. You can also submit a deletion request through our account deletion page. A mandatory deletion reason is required to finalize the request.

Data Retention for Compliance: Historical coin ledger transactions, quiz attempts and scores, streak and ranking records, referral activity, tournament participation records, notification records, and anti-fraud audit logs may be retained in a disabled, archived state strictly for auditing, accounting, service integrity, and legal compliance. They are never sold or repurposed.

7. Security of Your Data

We implement robust technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data:

• All communication between the mobile app and our servers is encrypted using modern TLS/HTTPS protocols.
• Passwords for email accounts are hashed using bcrypt with salt rounds before storage.
• API authentication uses cryptographic JSON Web Tokens (JWT) with strict expiration and token rotation.
• Sensitive tournament credentials (Room Passwords) are gated on the backend and never exposed until authorized conditions are satisfied.
