Request Account Deletion

To protect account holders, we first verify that the account exists and require an 8-digit OTP sent to your registered email.

Must match the email address of an active BattleUC account.

What happens when you delete your account:

  • We verify account ownership via email OTP before creating the deletion request.
  • Once reviewed and approved by administrators, your profile is permanently deactivated.
  • Active authentication tokens and device push notification tokens are immediately invalidated.
  • Certain transaction and tournament records may be retained where required by law or anti-fraud compliance.
